Questions
Good to know
What are good going away gifts?
A filled bottle with the team photo and We'll Miss You on the label. 7-year bourbon from $99.99 (save $20 through Nov 30).
What are farewell gifts for coworkers?
The Thank You label or the Award label, with a photo of the team. A family or kid photo is fine on a gift label. Gifts for coworkers is the page for the rest of the office.
What are thank you gifts for men?
The Thank You label with the headline Thank You and his name. Personalized gifts for him is the broader photo gift.
Is a going away gift the same as a retirement gift?
A retirement uses the Retirement label and the Officially Retired stamp. That page is retirement gifts. This page is for someone who is leaving.
How long does a custom bottle take?
Ships in about 2 weeks. Ships to 37 states and DC; not available in AK, DE, HI, IA, ME, MI, MS, NH, ND, SD, TN, UT or VT. Must be 21+.
Do I see the label before you print it?
Yes. The builder shows your label exactly as it will print, and that preview is saved as your proof with the order. We check every label before printing and reach out if anything looks off.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp phone photo is plenty. Faces look best when they fill the frame. You can move and zoom the photo inside the label before you order. A family or kid photo is fine on a gift label. We don't market to kids.
Is there a discount for ordering more than one?
Yes. The price per bottle drops at 12, 48 and 120 of the exact same bottle and label. 7 Year Bourbon is on sale at $99.99 a bottle, any quantity, through Nov 30 (regularly $119.99). Agave spirit is $99.99 for one, $94.99 at 12+, $89.99 at 48+, and $84.99 at 120+. That $84.99 figure is the agave quantity tier, not a single bottle of bourbon.
Where does the bourbon come from?
Every 1of1 bottle is filled from the barrel stock of Nashville Barrel Company, the award-winning Nashville distillery behind 1of1. It is the same single barrel, barrel strength whiskey NBC bottles under its own name, hand-picked barrel by barrel. You pick the spirit and age; we pull it from a barrel we would put our own name on.
Can I pick my own barrel?
Yes, for orders of 120 bottles or more. A full barrel yields about 150–180 bottles. Order a $100 sample kit for the spirit and age you want, we send you 3 barrel samples, and you choose the barrel your bottles come from. If you take the full barrel, the $100 comes off your order. See the Whole Barrel page to order samples or contact us.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add a printed gift note at checkout. The builder shows the price before you pay, and we pack the note with the bottle.
