Your photo, your responsibility.

Every 1of1 label is printed with an image you give us. Before you upload, you confirm all of the following.

You have the right to use it

You took the photo, you own it, or the person who owns it gave you permission. The same goes for logos, trademarks, artwork and anything else in the image. Don't upload images you found online unless you have the rights to them.

The people in it are OK with it

Everyone who can be recognized in the photo is 21 or older and has agreed to appear on the label. We can't print images of anyone under 21.

It fits on a bottle of spirits

No nudity, hate, violence or illegal activity. Nothing that suggests drinking has health benefits or improves performance, and nothing aimed at people under 21. Federal labeling rules apply to every bottle we sell.

We can say no

We review every label before printing. If an image breaks this policy or can't print well, we'll contact you to swap it or cancel and refund the order.

Responsibility

By ordering, you take responsibility for the image you provide and agree to cover any claims that arise from using it. You give us permission to print it on your bottle and to keep a copy with your order records. We won't use your photo in our marketing without asking you first.
