Real estate closing gifts for realtors
1of1 · November 6, 2026 · For realtors ordering a closing gift. Must be 21+.
A real estate closing gift from 1of1 is a 750 ml bottle of single barrel bourbon with the new homeowners, or the front of the house, on a 3 by 6 inch label. The buyer on this page is the realtor. One bottle of 7 Year Kentucky bourbon is $99.99 through Nov 30 (regularly $119.99). You build the label and check out in the label builder. The full label list and the same prices are on realtor closing gifts. The adult who signs for the bottle has to be 21 or older. A family photo, kids included, is fine.

Closing gifts for buyers and for sellers
Closing gifts for buyers use the same four labels. The name on the bottle is the buyer, and the photo is the house they just bought or the people at the table. Real estate closing gifts for sellers use those labels too. Put the seller’s name on the bottle and a photo of the house they sold.
The person who receives the bottle has to be 21 or older to sign for it. If a couple is buying, the adult who signs is the one who has to be 21. A child in the porch photo does not change that.
When the family orders the bottle themselves, that page is gifts for new homeowners. A housewarming the family orders is housewarming gifts. This guide is the order the agent places. A closing gift for the realtor, bought by the client, is gifts for realtors.
A different bottle at every closing
A different photo, name, or address is its own label. The quantity price applies to multiples of the exact same bottle and label. Twelve unique closings are twelve one-bottle orders. One shared design, printed twelve times, is the order that reaches the 12-bottle price.
The shared design agents already use is the business card above, or a logo on the Bold label. The realtor page says to brand one design for the team and order in bulk, or to build each client’s bottle as you close. Check your brokerage’s gift policy if you have one.
A whole barrel starts at 120 bottles of one spirit and age, and it fits a shared design, not a different address on every bottle. A full barrel yields about 150–180 bottles. The sample kit is $100 for three samples, and that $100 comes off the order only if you take the full barrel. That program is on the whole barrel page.
What a real estate closing gift costs
Prices below are the current one-bottle menu. Proof on every age in that menu is 120 (60% ABV). Each bottle is 750 ml. The label is 3 by 6 inches.
Those are one-bottle prices. More of the exact same bottle and label costs less at 12, 48, and 120. 7 Year Bourbon is on sale at $99.99 a bottle at any quantity through Nov 30 (regularly $119.99). After Nov 30 the regular 7 Year Bourbon prices are $119.99 for one, $114.99 at 12+, $109.99 at 48+, and $99.99 at 120+. 7-year rye is not on sale: $119.99 for one, then $114.99 at 12+, $109.99 at 48+, and $99.99 at 120+. The 50+ month agave is an agave spirit, $99.99 for one and $84.99 at 120 bottles. That $84.99 figure is the agave quantity tier, not a single bottle of bourbon. The 19 Year Tennessee bourbon is $399.00 for one bottle. That is the top of this menu. A hand-dipped wax seal and a printed gift note are options in the builder. The builder shows those add-on prices before you pay.
Where a closing gift can ship
Ships in about 2 weeks. Ships to 37 states and DC; not available in AK, DE, HI, IA, ME, MI, MS, NH, ND, SD, TN, UT or VT. Must be 21+. The person receiving the bottle has to be 21 or older to sign for it. Tennessee is on the do-not-ship list, so a closing in Tennessee cannot take delivery of this bottle.
What is in the bottle
Every 1of1 bottle is filled from the barrel stock of Nashville Barrel Company, the award-winning Nashville distillery behind 1of1. It is the same single barrel, barrel strength whiskey NBC bottles under its own name, hand-picked barrel by barrel. You pick the spirit and age; we pull it from a barrel we would put our own name on.
Rye is on the menu when bourbon is the wrong bottle for that client. The 7 Year Kentucky rye is $119.99 for one, and it is not on the November sale. The 50+ month bottle is an agave spirit from Mexico. It is labeled and sold as an agave spirit, not as tequila.
What can go on the label
You need the rights to the photo. A sharp phone photo is plenty. The house, the porch, or the people at the table can fill the frame. Logos look best as a PNG. A family or kid photo is allowed on a personalized gift label. We don't market the bottle to kids. No Santa, and no cartoon characters. The buyer, and the adult who signs for the bottle, must be 21 or older. The full rules are the photo policy. We review every label before it prints.
